Joint damage from local corticosteroid injections is normal/accepted, joint damage from endogenous cortisol is not true. A short-term effect of laser therapy is to improve cortisol production of cortisol in the treated areas. This is part of its healing mechanism.
Also, I’ve never heard of adrenaline being damaging to joints. Any research on this you can post?
