I work in a drug store-pharmacy and just found out that I am paying more money for arthritis medication and super strength tylenol is the same medication.!!The only difference is the easy off cap.So people save your hard earned money and stick with super strenth tylenol. I am so pis ed that we get caught up in the words on a package that make us spend more money. Take heed all we are being ripped off everyday with everything.how sad we can’t trust anyone.!

It’s called niche marketing and it actually can be viewed as performing a service as well. There are dozens of products on the shelf and most people are totally uneducated about the ingredients. They’re just looking for something "to help with my arthritis." They see a bottle that says that and find what they need.

So from that view point, others are being served.
