Can a health drink really cure arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol?

if you eat unhealthy i don`t think a drink of any kind can do anything for blood pressure and high cholesterol…you have to stick to good nutrition

All of the symptoms you list can surely be affected by dietary improvement. If the health drink includes the missing parts of your diet it may be helpful.
I would recommend, however, that instead you research how humans evolved in regards to dietary needs and actually start to eat in a more natural way.
