By admin

I need help, my mom is 40 something and she has arthritis in her hands and her feet, and its kinda getting worse, and as a son i am getting really worried since she is my only parent now….so is there like anything that could help her at least a little?

thanks guys!

Yes, in many cases. Changing your diet can greatly reduce inflammation and pain in arthritis joints. Studies have found that fish with omega-3 fatty acids and other foods reduce inflammation and pain of arthritis.

Yes there is, when we suffer from arthritis or rheumatism we intend to have to much acid in our system, and when that happens we get these problems, if our body has to much acid we need to replace it with alkaline, we are meant to have alkaline in our system, I do suggest for your Mum to take a supplement to replace her acid with alkaline, I have my website for you to check in and do some research on it, if your not to sure this you will find it to be fair dink-um, all the very best for your Mum.
